The Department of Homeland Security is always hiring qualified people who hold a law enforcement degree to help protect the US from attacks. A Law Enforcement degree or a Criminal Justice degree is usually required to work even in a support capacity in the Department of Homeland Security. A Law Enforcement degree will qualify you to become a police officer, security officer, corrections officer or a probation officer. A Law Enforcement Degree combined with other specialized training can also make you qualified to work in more advanced area of Homeland Security or counter terrorism like computer forensics and other technical areas of specialization. Getting a Law Enforcement degree is a very good idea if you want to work in any field related to Security, Law Enforcement, Corrections, or Criminal Justice because even though people who don’t have a Law Enforcement degree can work in many support roles in the Law Enforcement field if you want to have a lifelong Law Enforcement career you will need at least a Law Enforcement degree and probably more specialized education and training if you want to have a long and successful career in Law Enforcement. Homeland Security agents and other Law Enforcement personnel are usually allowed to work at an entry level security job as long as they are actively pursuing a Law Enforcement degree so even if you don’t have a Law Enforcement degree yet you can usually still work for the Department of Homeland Security while you earn a Law Enforcement Degree.

A Law Enforcement degree can also be the basis for more advanced study of criminals and Criminal Justice. If you want to be a criminal psychologist or a forensic tech or a medical examiner you can use a Law Enforcement degree to learn the basics of Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice and then learn more about your chosen area of study later on. A Law Enforcement degree is a practical degree to have because if you have a Law Enforcement degree you will almost always be able to find a job of some kind, especially in security or as a police officer. You can even study for a Law Enforcement degree online so that you don’t have to try and arrange for time off from your current job to attend class. You can attend classes online at night and on weekends. Working online for a Law Enforcement degree you can work at your own pace and take as many or as few classes at a time as you feel comfortable with. If you are the type of student that works well independently and works at a fast pace you can finish a Law Enforcement degree fairly quickly. On the other hand if you need a lot of one on one attention and you work more slowly than some other people do you can get take the time that you need and get that one on one attention you need online more easily than you can in a traditional classroom setting.

Ownership Disclosure Procedure Instituted

____________

Stronger Asset Protection for Corporations

The Nevada legislature made some significant changes to Nevada’s Corporation Code in its most recent session. You need to know these new rules.

The biggest changes, which are effective July 1, 2007, will be discussed in this article. As is often the case, the rules and regulations used to carry out the new laws will be implemented over time, and we will keep you informed of them as they arise. (If you or your friends would like a free subscription to the Corporate Direct Report please click here.)

For now, there are three important changes and several miscellaneous new rules you need to know about immediately.

1.	Bearer Shares Outlawed

Bearer shares are stock certificates which, instead of listing the owner by name, list the owner only as “The Bearer.” The supposed advantage of this was to maintain privacy of ownership. The Bearer was whoever held the certificate, so shares could be transferred from one person to the next without notice to anyone or recordation anywhere.

I have never really liked the whole notion of bearer shares. If someone comes to me with the bearer certificate, how do I know if the certificate wasn’t stolen or forged? The idea of simply handing a certificate from one person to the next may sound nice and easy (and a bit crafty) but such a transfer can create all sorts of tax problems. If you hand a certificate representing a million dollar business over to your friend you’ve made a significant gift, for which gift taxes are due. And when by prearrangement he hands the certificate back to you there’s another taxable event. Worse yet, what if your ‘friend’ wouldn’t give you the certificate back?

The big reason bearer shares were outlawed has to do with fraud. Less than ethical corporate promoters would sell their less than ethical corporate clients on the idea that by simply handing the bearer certificate over to a friend they could deny a judgment creditor (one with a court awarded judgment) access to the business or other asset. Of course, such a transfer is a fraudulent conveyance, meaning that a court could overturn the transfer if anyone ever found out about it. The problem was that it could be very difficult to find out about it. As a result, bearer shares enabled a certain class of people to commit fraud. The Nevada Legislature was right in outlawing bearer shares.

2.	New Ownership Disclosure Procedures

The use of Nevada corporations and other entities to commit fraud is also the reason for this next big change. It is unfortunate that privacy of entity ownership is now somewhat compromised, but when people continually abuse the system something will usually give.

Apparently the federal and law enforcement authorities pushing for these changes played the terrorist card—that insanely bad people were using the privacy of Nevada entities to ultimately greatly harm us. While it is my opinion that this red hot card gets played a little too often these days, there can be no denying that domestic bad guys, your average American scam artist, used Nevada privacy for nefarious purposes.

But the new law for corporations, LLC’s, LP’s, business trusts and the like is not as bad as you may expect. Here is the rule for corporations:

1.	In addition to any records required to be kept at the registered office pursuant to NRS 78.105, a corporation that is not a publicly traded corporation shall maintain at its registered office or principal place of business in this State:

a.	A current list of its owners of record; or

b.	A statement indicating where such a list is maintained.

2.	The corporation shall:

a.	Provide the Secretary of State with the name and contact information of the custodian of the list described in subsection 1. The information required pursuant to this paragraph shall be kept confidential by the Secretary of State.

b.	Provide written notice to the Secretary of State within 10 days after any change in the information contained in the list described in subsection 1.

3.	Upon the request of any law enforcement agency in the course of a criminal investigation, the Secretary of State may require a corporation to:

a.	Submit to the Secretary of State, within 3 business days, a copy of the list required to be maintained pursuant to subsection 1; or

b.	Answer any interrogatory submitted by the Secretary of State that will assist in the criminal investigation.

4.	If a corporation fails to comply with any requirement pursuant to subsection 3, the Secretary of State may take any action necessary, including, without limitation, the suspension or revocation of the corporate charter

5.	The Secretary of State shall not reinstate or revive a charter that was revoked or suspended pursuant to subsection 4 unless:

a.	The corporation complies with the requirements of subsection 3; or

b.	The law enforcement agency conducting the investigation advises the Secretary of State to reinstate or revive the corporate charter.

6.	The Secretary of State may adopt regulations to administer the provisions of this section.

It is important to note that Nevada is not asking for the owners of the entity up front. The requirement is that the registered agent either keeps a list of the owners or the name of a contact person who has a list of the owners. The Secretary of State will request the ownership list only when a law enforcement agency needs it for a criminal investigation. Not for a civil case mind you, but only for a criminal case.

What this means is that if your business and asset protection plans are on the up and up, your privacy will be protected. Or, to put it another way, if you are engaged in fraud and other crimes, our firm will be happy to comply with these new rules. You may even want to take your bad business somewhere else to begin with. But for the good guys, you will still maintain your privacy.

Two points are worthy of further note. First, for limited partnerships the only owners the new legislation aims for are the general partners. While the generals do indeed control a limited partnership, frequently they only own 2% or less of the entity, and are usually just a management corporation or LLC. The limited partners will own 98% of the limited partnership and, except for management, are the economic beneficiaries of the entity.

Whether the new law intentionally just wanted information only on the general partners or will be corrected to include the limited partners’ identities remains to be seen. But for now, people very concerned about privacy may want to use Nevada limited partnerships.

The second point has to do with Wyoming. The corporate law of Wyoming does not have such an ownership disclosure procedure. Yet.

Apparently the federal authorities are working to get similar legislation approved in other states, including Wyoming. We will keep you informed of such developments. Until then, once again, those very concerned about privacy may want to use Wyoming entities.

3.	Stronger Asset Protection for Nevada Corporation Shares

One of the strongest asset protection laws on the books is the charging order. This law holds that a judgment creditor of a member of an LLC or a partner of a limited partnership can’t acquire those interests directly and use that control to force a sale of the assets. Instead, they only obtain the rights of an assignee of the membership or partnership interest, meaning they are only entitled to distributions from the entity. They can’t vote to sell the assets to satisfy their claim. They can’t even vote to increase distributions. They are stuck waiting for future distributions, which may or may not come. The charging order is a very effective deterrent to frivolous litigation, especially in Nevada and Wyoming LLC’s and LP’s where the charging order is the exclusive remedy.

Up until now, the charging order had never applied to shares of corporate stock. So, for example, if John got in a car wreck and his insurance did not cover him, the victim could proceed against all of his assets. If John owes 75% of a profitable corporation the victim could get control of the shares and vote to sell the business to satisfy the claim. This certainly is not fair to Jane, the 25% owner of the business, who worked hard to build it up only to see it sold out from under her.

With Nevada’s new law the charging order now applies to shares of corporations. This is an excellent development.

There are several important rules to point out. The charging order protection only applies to corporations that have more than one and fewer than 75 shareholders. If you own 100% of a profitable corporation you may well want to consider issuing a nominal amount of shares to a relative or friend in order to gain the better protection. As well, the new law does not apply to subsidiaries of publically traded companies or to professional corporations.

The charging order protection for corporate shares does not apply to any litigation filed before July 1, 2007, and it does not supersede any private agreement between a stockholder and a creditor. This new law puts Nevada at the forefront of asset protection states. While Wyoming will most probably follow suit, until they do Nevada is the state in which to incorporate. Even though Nevada’s initial and annual filing fees are somewhat higher than Wyoming’s fees, the better protection is well worth the extra cost.

4.	Miscellaneous New Rules

The new law dealt extensively with the conduct of restricted agents. A new category was created that of the commercial registered agent, which shall be registered with state. Registered agents that don’t comply with rules to be established by the Secretary of State’s office can be banned from the business. In keeping with the new disclosure rules, registered agents must keep a company’s stock ledger for three years following the registration or termination of the agent or dissolution of the company.

The new law allows for professional LLCs. Many doctors, lawyers, CPAs and the like have wanted the flexibility of operating their practices as an LLC but were prohibited from doing so. The new law follows the trend of many states of now allowing for professional LLCs.

The importance of the corporate election of directors was underscored in the new law. Companies that fail to elect directors within 18 months beware. The owners of 15% of the corporate stock can go to court to force such an election.

The reinstatement of entities was made more effective. A corporation, LLC or LP that fails to pay its annual fees to the state can lose its right to do business. Reinstatement involves paying back fees to bring the entity current with the state. The new law provides that reinstatement reinstates the entity’s right to do business as if the entity had been current all along.

As we have noticed before, the law is a dynamic and ever changing area. Nevada’s new laws prove the point. Once again, if you or a friend would like to receive updates on changes to the corporate laws, please click here.

Evidently some dealers and manufacturers have been telling consumers of leased vehicles that they do not have the same “lemon law” rights when they lease cars. This is not accurate. The fact of a lease does have some impact upon a consumer’s lemon law rights, but the consumer yet retains substantially the same lemon law rights as purchasers of vehicles. Here are the points you need to know:

1. In a lease, you really do not have any equity in the car so your damages are usually limited to your inception payment and your payments into the vehicle. If the manufacturer or dealer agrees to unwind the lease, you need to make sure that the lease is being paid off in the settlement so this does not remain an obligation which ultimately could affect your credit.

2. Many manufacturers argue for a larger “mileage offset” for leases, because, they claim, the mileage on the vehicle is a greater percentage of the more limited period of the lease as opposed to the longer period of “permanent ownership” in the event of a sale. This is a negotiation point to be worked out on a case-by-case basis, depending upon the total circumstance.

3. In general, if you wait until late into the lease to bring your lemon law claim, the manufacturers will more than likely ignore you on the basis that your lease is substantially used up. So, for instance, if you have a three-year lease and you bring your lemon law claim after 18 months, you stand a far greater chance of getting a good result than if you wait until 28 months into the lease. The longer you wait, the more likely the manufacturer will just sit back and say, “The lease is almost up-let’s ignore this lemon law claim.”

4. Many leases include a “residual value” (agreed-upon value upon lease expiration, most frequently used to calculate the cost of purchasing the vehicle) as a part of the lease. If the residual value is less than the total lease payoff, some manufacturers try to “sucker” consumers into believing that the manufacturer is only responsible for paying the residual value, not the lease pay-off, when the case settles. Ignore this crap. If you win your lemon law claim, you have a right to have your lease completely paid off. Settlements may vary and, depending on the circumstances, may or may not accomplish complete payoff of the lease, but this is no reason to buy into this poor argument from manufacturers that the residual value has anything to do with settling the case.

5. If you exceed your mileage allotment significantly, this will negatively affect the strength of your lemon law claim. As with all lemon law cases, if you can afford to limit your driving of the vehicle, or even park it, this will improve chances of winning and of getting full compensation.

6. Whether you buy the car at lease expiration is up to you, and you can continue with your lemon law claim on a leased vehicle even if the lease is expired and you have had to turn in your car. However, since you no longer have the car, the case is obviously worth less total money and it usually makes more sense to settle for some cash compensation once the vehicle’s lease has expired.

7. If you have a lease fraud or a finance fraud claim, this normally is not treated as a lemon law claim and involves a whole different set of rights about which you should consult us directly.

What do I need to know first about law firm Internet marketing?

“In modern business, it is not the crook who is feared most, it is the honest man who doesn’t know what he is doing.” Pablo Casals

There are tons of vendors out there who want to sell you websites and law firm Internet marketing services. Most are honest people who simply don’t know what they are doing. In many cases, they are attempting to sell you something that is overpriced and that won’t produce you any new clients at all, let alone good clients. The attorneys I have worked with report to me that the whole Internet marketing process confuses them. They don’t know who to believe. Some have spent considerable sums already on websites with little or no results. I aim to stop all that. So keep reading.

Do I need law firm Internet marketing?

Yes. According to Reuters News Services by 2007 there will be over nine million legal services searches done online each month. Additionally, prospective clients and clients expect you to have at least a website or think you may be behind the times if you do not. Finally, while the yellow pages are not a good attorney marketing vehicle today they are going away since people are searching the Internet and not going to the yellow pages.

What is/is not law firm Internet marketing?

Having a website is not law firm Internet marketing. At a minimum you do need at least a “brochure website” of a few pages, however, that website is unlikely to get you new business and is definitely not Internet marketing. The rest of this article (in four parts) is going to help you get clear on what Internet marketing is all about.

Where does Internet marketing begin?

Law firm Internet marketing begins with you becoming an educated consumer and then keyword research. Researching your practice’s best keywords will tell us what words your prospective clients are using to search for legal services on search engines, what legal services your prospective clients are the most interested in, what your prospective client is thinking, how to attract these prospective clients to your site at the search engine instead of going to your competitors site, what your competitors are doing/not doing, what content to write for each of your top keywords (recommend writing a page each to at least the top 20 keywords), what are the words to use for PPC law firm advertising and how to begin search engine optimization. If you have not adequately completed keyword research using software tools like Wordtracker you have not done adequate keyword research and are likely to fail at your law firm Internet marketing.

You mentioned, “…what content to write for each of your top keywords…”. What are you talking about exactly?

I am talking about what is known as the CTPM model of Internet marketing developed by Ken Evoy M.D. in 1997. This model works because it is in total alignment with how the Internet works. The C is the first part of the model and it stands for Content – create in demand content (you determine what is in demand from the keyword research). The T is Traffic – attract targeted traffic. The P is for pre-sell – pre-sell the targeted traffic (using such things as newsletters, RSS feeds, free downloads, e-books, autoresponders, audio, video, and teleclasses). The M is Monetize – this is where you convert these pre-sold prospective clients to clients easily.

You mentioned, “…tools like Wordtracker…” with respect to keyword research in law firm Internet marketing. What is Wordtracker?

Wordtracker is a software tool that can be used to thoroughly research your keywords. Wordtracker is at least arguably the best keyword research tool in the marketplace and there are others. You can go to http://www.Wordtracker.com to get all the details. Your vendor can use this tool easily and should use it for keyword research to put your law firm internet marketing on the right track from the beginning if at all possible.

You also mentioned “…how to begin search engine optimization.” What is meant by search engine optimization (SEO) and exactly what is it and how does it fit into law firm Internet marketing?

There is no mystery in SEO in particular and law firm Internet marketing in general so don’t let anyone bamboozle you on that one. As I said earlier SEO begins with appropriate keyword research. If you have not done that you are dead in the water since this is the foundation of everything that comes after in law firm Internet marketing. The next step is the “C” or content mentioned earlier in the CTPM model. You will need to write “keyword optimized” content to each of your top 20 keywords or another way to say this is writing your content in the way that search engines want to see it so they rank you higher than your competitors. Your content needs to fit together in a site plan (the term site plan refers to in what order your pages will appear and how they link to one another) that has an appropriate pyramid type structure. This pyramid type structure includes your home page (the peak of the pyramid) themed keyword phrase being supported by all the tier two pages (the next layer of the pyramid) and their tier three pages (usually the base of your pyramid although you could go deeper) support them resulting in higher rankings for all of your pages. There are some technical aspects to SEO as well like the use of clean HTML, heading text, meta tags, alt tags, site map, etc., however, mercifully I won’t go into those since they should be known to your technical person. The bottom line is put nothing in the way of the search engines spiders (spiders are sent out from the search engine to “read” the sites on the Internet) being able to “read” your site like fancy flash pages get in the way big time for instance. To know more in depth about keyword optimization you can go to http://www.Wordtracker.com where they have a really fine Keyword Research Guide if you want to know more of the details. All of what I just told you is known as “on site optimization” strategies for law firm Internet marketing. There is also “off site” optimization as well involved in SEO. Off site optimization means getting one-way links from high-ranking pages of other sites that are related to your top 20 keywords (there we are again with that keyword research being vital) that link to your site. Search engines see these links like a “vote” for your site. The more high quality “votes” you have the higher they will rank your site. The term “link popularity” is used to describe this process in law firm Internet marketing. The royal road to high quality links is having (here he goes again) keyword researched and keyword optimized quality content on your website. You get these links from website directories, article directories, online forums, press releases, etc. I left out reciprocal links because most SEO authorities think they are no longer worth the effort since they are difficult to get and don’t really contribute much (or can even hurt) to your page ranking.

We have completed the first part of law firm Internet marketing at this point. In part two we will go into Google Page Ranking, dealing with your competitors, RSS, the factors surrounding costs of law firm Internet marketing and more. I am committed to you being a master of law firm internet marketing at least to the point you will get new clients from your efforts and not get taken to the cleaners by vendors who may not know any better.

Individuals from all different career and college backgrounds make their way into law schools. The best method for preparing to become a lawyer is to gain a broad range of basic skills. There really is no set major for pre-law undergraduate work. From English to philosophy and science to art, people with all sorts of backgrounds are considered for entrance into law school. So since there is no set degree requirement, what are law school admission counselors looking for?

Law school admissions counselors typically look for individuals with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. For those still getting their undergraduate degrees, it would be wise to seek out a pre-law advisor to help you select your coursework. In addition to analytical skills, law schools also look for individuals with excellent communication skills (both writing and oral communication). Critical reading and researching are also important skills to master and be able to prove.

While there is no specialized path for undergraduates seeking to become lawyers, it is important to maintain a high grade point average. Most graduate programs only accept students with a 3.0 GPA or higher and law school is not exception.

The higher your GPA, the better off you’ll be (but rest assured that you can still go to law school without a 4.0 or even a 3.5 GPA). In addition to your GPA, extracurricular activities are also a plus. Any activities that show leadership or problem solving skills will only be a beneficial.

Selecting the right law school

When you decide to seek admittance to law school (which can be during your senior year in college or after you’ve taken a break from college altogether), you will need to narrow down your options. Typically, the following factors play a large role in deciding where to attend law school; location, cost, areas of specialty, financial aid, and prestige of the institute.

You will also need to take into consideration your strengths and weaknesses. Since there are costs to apply to law school, you also need to factor in your background (i.e. your GPA, LSAT scores and letters of recommendations). Unfortunately, if you barely earned a 3.0, scored poorly on the LSAT, and lack the experiences that a law school admissions counselor would look favorably upon, then you probably don’t want to only apply to top tier Ivy League schools. If you do, then you may find that you aren’t accepted into any law school come the next school year.

LSAT

The LSAT is the law school admissions test. All law schools approved by the ABA require LSAT scores for admissions. This exam does not cover any legal topics. Instead, it tests you on reading comprehension, analytical reasoning and logical reasoning. Law schools want to make sure you possess excellent analytical and problem solving skills and the LSAT sets out to do just that.

Scores for the LSAT range from 120 to 180 (with 180 being the highest). The average LSAT score falls around 150. The higher you can score on the LSAT; the better off you will be (although if you have strengths in other areas, you can still get into law school with a lower LSAT score).

Admissions

While admissions requirements vary from law school program to law school program, it is common for the requirements to include the following; undergraduate GPA, LSAT scores, letters of recommendation and a personal statement.

You will need to provide official transcripts and LSAT scores to show your qualifications. Usually, you will submit these to the LSDAS (the law school data assembly service). The LSDAS streamlines admissions for most all law schools in the country. You will also need to submit your letters of recommendation and the personal statement to the LSDAS.

When selecting people to write a letter of recommendation for you consider asking those who know your abilities to solve problems and realize your potential to become a lawyer. College professors and employers are excellent choices.

The personal statement should essentially let the law school admissions counselor know why you want to be a lawyer and inform them of your qualifications. You would want to stress any qualifications that relate to becoming a lawyer. For example, work as an intern in a law firm would be important to showcase (as are countless other examples).

Tie in your experiences with your desire to go to law school. Be sure to write your essay concisely, keeping in mind grammatical rules. However, there is no reason to write in legalese. Just write naturally and personably.

Remember that law schools accept people from all sorts of backgrounds. If you have an interest in pursuing a law degree, then you should start pursuing it today.

In a law dissertation there are more burdens placed because law abides by dictates of a formal controlling agency. Law dissertations require the supporting evidence and straightforward presentation of facts. Information from precedents is researched which is then compared to the presented case that are collected for the present exposition assessment draws out the differences and similarities of both studies. It is important that the resulting analyses should be explained in a logical sequence.

Laws and regulations affect all aspects of our society. And laws vary in each country or state. The application of appropriate regulations and case laws should never be compromised on. Take the case of a UK law dissertation or a dissertation law Scotland topic, some issues and laws may be similar but not all. Commonwealth states have a group in ordinary as far as their laws are alarmed. A law dissertation AUK or degree dissertation law topic of Australia may share a lot in common.

Criminal Law dissertations should have a Law dissertation title and should always prove the reasons. Competition dissertation law, dissertation law medical or dissertation guard must all go after the procedure of lawful study. A law dissertation has to be observed cautiously and must not diverge from the law dissertation topic. This requires the researcher to explore what the case is all about. Facts should be examined exhaustively before any dissertation question can be framed up. It is also important to locate sources for relevant cases, statutes, and regulations in order to exhaustively dissect the problem question. Most prominently, a time-frame has to be practical when preparing law dissertations; so timelines have to be allotted sensibly for study, analysis, writing, evaluating and reviewing the lawful dissertation.

A research may require, for example, the identification, and clarification of an important subject in international contract law. A dissertation euthanasia law must involve hypothetical and theoretical structure of the study. Since there are different specializations in Law, there are different approaches in the presentation of the argument.

The law of attraction is one of the ways to use the power of our subconscious mind to attract all circumstances and attributes which are favorable to what we want. The question is whether we need to take any actions. Does the law really work without us doing anything? This article talks about the relationship between taking action and the law of attraction.

Many skeptical minds will ask if the law of attraction has such a powerful impact, will it help without the user doing anything. Will it help us to do a simple task like buying a lottery and wait to win? In that case, people can easily get rich even the laziest group of people in the world. If this is true, living in this world will be the most pleasant thing without any difficulty at all.

The law of attraction is definitely a law of nature. It can cause exact affect similar to Newton’s law of gravity or Einstine’s law of relativity. We can apply the law and get the result every time you want. However, in order to effectively use the law, we need to understand the nature of life. There is another law called the law of cause and effect. Everything that happens has its own cause. There is no such thing as accident. When you use the law of attraction, your communication with the subconscious mind is a cause and the result you want is the effect. This definitely will happen otherwise the law of attraction will not be called a “law”.

How to communicate with the subconscious mind is by visualization. The subconscious mind does not understand verbal language. It only understands picture. We therefore need to make the picture in our mind. Once the picture is vivid and clear, the subconscious mind will perceive it as it is real. The mind then will work to make all you want come to you and you get what you have visualized. The visualization needs to be done everyday or as often as you can. When you visualize, you have a deep belief that this thing will definitely happens to you because you will take every efforts to make it happens. The more belief you have, the clearer the picture it will be. The clearer the picture is, the sooner the result will materialize.

Then we come to the question if the law is applicable to winning a lottery or achieving wealth without doing anything. The answer is yes. If you can vividly visualize, you can win a lottery. Or you can get what you want without doing anything if you can effectively visualize. There were some evidences that people win lottery using visualization and the law of attraction. The keyword here is “effectively”. The truth is that the chance that you can effectively visualize will be very slim if you don’t really believe that you will get the result. How to believe that you can achieve your goal depends on your plan of action. Deep inside you know that you will not get anything if you do not take any action. Most people know that the chance of winning a lottery is very low. The higher the prize is, the less chance you have according to the law of probabilities. Therefore, most people can not truly believe that they can win lottery by just visualization. They therefore will not be able to use the law of attraction to attract the lottery winning.

It is the same as doing nothing and expecting the good result. Your logical mind will not accept this assumption and will result in defected visualization. You will not get what you want. Plus you will waste your time doing that.

The law of attraction can help you win everything if you know how to use it including winning a lottery. This article will reveal the secret of how to make use of the law effectively.

Ca lemon law is geared to helping every new car owner deal with car problems when they arise. The problems are mechanical and sometimes, new cars do not perform as expected and since the buyer has no fault, then they deserve a car that was worth their money. Citizens of California have come to appreciate the law because they are able to get their rights. A lemon is a defective vehicle that is new or leased and it proves not to serve the purpose that it was intended for. If it is unreliable and unsafe even before the warranty has expired then it is definitely a lemon. The first thing you do is to take the lemon to be repaired so as to determine whether the problem is minor or major.

If it proves to be defective, then you can file a California claim form that is valid and it will seek to secure you a refund or a replacement and it can also seek to have all your repair expenses paid. It is very vital to keep all the records of repairs so as to provide evidence if you reach a court of law. The manufacturer is supposed to respond and you would hope that he cooperates but, you can never rely on them to give you a fair chance. You need to be ready to progress to the next step. Many manufacturers however, are very helpful and they will settle at a very fair deal. Under Ca lemon law, a used car will qualify and this is if it was sold with a warranty and if it was for personal or family use.

The manufacturers arbitration process is not necessary and many people usually do not find a solution. But, this is not to say that there is no one who has been helped by the program. The Ca lemon law makes it possible for someone to make a claim after the warranty period has expired and this is if you attempted to repair the lemon within the warranty period. Therefore, Ca lemon law works when there is a warranty so that you may prove everything you say. There are so many resources on the internet and when you do a thorough search, you will come up with conclusive facts about Ca Lemon law.

If you go through the whole legal process to seek compensation, make sure you have a good personal lawyer who can advise you on the best way forward. Some people use the lemon law as a get rich quick scheme when they know full well that they do not have a genuine case. It is therefore vital to understand that the law is just and, such people might lose more than they gain. If you have a genuine case and you do not want to start the process, know that the law is created to protect you and, to give you a voice. If you feel that you need more information on this particular law, you can always see an attorney who will assist you on what steps to take. This law can only work in your favor if you have a genuine lemon.

There are many spiritual laws that have been given to humanity to help individuals and communities elevate themselves above the material existence and live a more conscious and virtuous life. For example the Ten Commandments are spiritual laws. The commandment of “love one another” is a spiritual law. The law of karma is a spiritual law. Spiritual teachers find great meaning in these laws and often cite them as a way to condition our minds and emotions to help us make the right choices in life. In the book The Year 2000 and After Torkom Saraydarian discusses eight laws that are helpful in changing the way we think.

1. The Law of Beauty: We can surround ourselves with physical, emotional, and mental beauty. Beauty in any form gives us spiritual satisfaction and releases our inner potentials. Beauty is soul inspired. Ugliness is materialism inspired. Moral relativists confuse us by mixing ugliness and beauty and telling us both are acceptable. When we mix the two together, we desensitize our hearts from contact with our souls. Ugliness eventually defeats the perpetrators and those who support them. Beauty helps us live and expand toward Higher Principles. Test this out on yourself: How do you feel after seeing beautiful works of art? How do you feel when you see a magnificent sunset? How do you feel when you hear beautiful words from others?

2. The Law of Harmlessness: We can strive to be harmless in all our thoughts and actions. This is the Law of Consideration for the welfare of others. Its violation brings disturbances in our families, schools, and businesses. When our children are not taught to be considerate of others, they will open their hearts to evil; they will commit acts of violence against others.

3. The Law of Purity: We can purify our bodies, emotions, and minds. “Purity is a state in which the human soul is in full control of his mechanism and runs that mechanism in harmony with the Plan and Purpose of life.” (The Year 2000 and After, pp. 135-136.)

4. The Law of Unity: We can visualize the world as one and say the Mantram of Unification daily. We can faithfully support the recitation of the Great Invocation and form extra triangles of light. This Law is defined as follows: “…people must live a life as if they were one with all life-forms, as if they were cells in one body, as if all of them had the same urge to be happy, healthy, prosperous, and enlightened…. Every time we think contrary to the Law of Unity, we weaken our mental mechanism. Every time we feel separative and selfish, we petrify our heart — that great mechanism of contact with the highest principles of the Universe. Every time we engage in separative, destructive, and criminal actions, we sow seeds of disease in our body, groups, and nations because all acts of disunity, momentarily or for a long time, cut our electrical power from the Cosmic Source and short-circuit our whole wiring system. Every time we short-circuit ourselves, we expose ourselves to viruses, germs, and psychic attacks.” (The Year 2000 and After, p. 136.)

5. The Law of Cooperation: We can step up to our responsibilities and do everything we can to help those who are working to expand the work of the Teaching. This is a fundamental law for real success in our lives. “In an atmosphere of cooperation, it will be difficult for criminals and opportunists to make their future at the expense of your happiness and health.” (The Year 2000 and After, p. 140.)

6. The Law of Responsibility: We can take on added responsibilities to increase awareness of the Laws of the Ageless Wisdom. This is said to be one of the highest laws in the Universe. “To be responsible means to understand fully that you can make people either happy or miserable by your thoughts, words, and actions. When you have the sense of responsibility, you live in a way that you not only prevent misery for others, but you also increase their joy, happiness, and success and become their protector without violating their freedom.” (The Year 2000 and After)

7. The Law of Striving Toward Perfection: We can strive a little bit more this year and next year. It is striving that balances our knowledge and our beingness. If we do not strive, we live a life immersed in matter; we try by all means to satisfy our urges for sex, drugs, violence, alcohol, tobacco, and other materially driven behavior. If we strive, we will invariably start to grow, improve, and reach new heights in our beingness. Our future as a humanity will be determined by our striving toward higher ways of life.

8. The Law of Love: We can simply love one another. This Law pervades our Universe. Our Solar System is imbued with the Ray of Love. Only through love can we open the communication with God and let His Grace fill our hearts. “The currents of darkness and destruction and the currents of light and regeneration are in a fierce fight. It is imperative that all enlightened people offer their energy to light, to make the darkness retreat.” (The Year 2000 and After , p. 144.)

“If these eight laws are violated, the result will be unhappiness, sickness, crime, death, poverty, and misery.” (The Year 2000 and After, p. 133.) If we follow these laws, our bodies will be under the control of our soul, our emotions will be pure and serene, our minds will be lucid and creative. And, we will be inspired and charged with the psychic energy of Cosmos.

“The second phase of readiness will appear as a global understanding that territorial disputes and territorial borders are insignificant if people live together, if everyone respects the rights of other people to live and to be prosperous, safe, and happy.

“The third phase of readiness will appear as a global understanding that unless we appreciate each other’s existence and differences, we cannot reach a synthesis.” (The Year 2000 and After by Torkom Saraydarian, p. 147.)

“A human being has a great power over Nature — whether he is conscious of it or not. Being an active mechanism in the energy currents of the Universe, he can cause various changes in these currents, changes that may result in destruction or rejuvenation.

“The human being is a switch, controlled by his thoughts, visualizations, imaginations, words, and actions.” (The Year 2000 and After, pp. 151-152.)

Every motorist is always pleased to hear about lemon law and the citizens of California are pleased to have a lemon law that safeguards their rights. The law was passed by state legislators to help people who buy problematic motor vehicles whose warranties have not expired and they present with serious defects which do not get better. For people who are not familiar with a lemon, this is simply a new vehicle that proves defective within a very short time after buying it from the manufacturer. The lemon law in California has seen many lawyers come up and specialize with the specific law. This lawyers engage in guiding people to claim their right and explaining every issue to the clients so that they can be more informed. One such firm is the Bickel Law Firm.

The lemon law in California is enforced when all legal avenues to settle fairly have been exhausted. Many people do get replacements of their vehicles and have some costs met before they go to court. Many firms will inform clients whether they qualify for lemon law cases and usually for one to qualify, they must prove that they bought the vehicle and, that before warranty period expired, the vehicle started to show faults which could not be fixed. Some evidence of where the car was taken for repair will go a long way to strengthen a lemon case. The court can determine whether the car was indeed a lemon or not and, the result will be full compensation.

The lemon law in California will not make anybody rich even if they have a strong case because the idea is to give back what was lost to a customer. Some people go too far to claim for amounts that are not practical. The law enables people who have been affected to stand up for their rights against big companies that would have otherwise gotten away with it. Some of the things that you will recover if you have a lemon case are the down payment, your monthly lease or loan payments, incidental expenses, all your attorney’s fees and others. The whole process may take up to 3 months when you hire a lawyer to take up your case. Some cases take a shorter time and also depending on the attorneys you have hired.

Consumers who want the lemon law in California to work in their favor must not be tempted to settle in an informal way. This is because it leaves room for exploitation and the manufacturing company is not accountable to any law to make a fair ruling. Some lawyers may be after clients and therefore, you must know your laws well in order to know which avenues to follow to best solve your case. In California, the law will apply to people with CPO which are certified pre owned used cars. If you have a lemon car, you must be vigilant because car dealers do not place your case as a priority and, if you show signs of letting it go easy, they will have an opportunity to feed of you.
